With the ‘add to cart’ option, fill in the order form, details and payment method. Costs are calculated based on the weight of the selected items. At the end of the process you automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail, listing all the necessary details.
All other orders (in Greece, Europe and worldwide) are liable to a shipping fee that will be made known on checkout, since shipping costs will be automatically calculated for your address, before the actual payment.
Do have in mind that all international customers (outside the EU) are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel and these are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the products. We aim to meet our stated delivery times and we wish from all of our designers to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons that are beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any possible delays on your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Items should be returned new and unused. In case of any fault or other damage, please contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery at email@example.com. In such a case you include the following in your email.
1. The order details: order number, your contacts and date of delivery.
2. Information about the faulty or damaged product: product name and description and what is the problem with it. If possible, include a photo of the damaged product.
3. Let us know if you have notified post-office upon delivery that the package is damaged during transportation.
In case you are unsatisfied by the product, you need to notify us. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving an approval notification. All returns must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods and will be either replaced free of charge or will send your money back. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, given the fact that they have not been damaged or altered in any way. To return a product, you will need to cover the shipping cost of the return and the cost of the new order.
