1. How can I return a product?

All products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, given the fact that they have not been damaged or altered in any way. To return a product, you will need to cover the shipping cost of the return and the cost of the new order.

5. And if I am absent when the courier services arrive?

Our collaborative courier company usually sends an SMS notifying for the day of delivery. In case you are not at home, the courier service will leave a notification so that you will be able to either reschedule the delivery or pick your purchase up yourself from the specific store indicated.
