For the local, the text will provide the necessary distance to better understand this “familiar” thing that fascinates them, as it examines, one by one, the parameters that, taken together, are required for a tsipouro gathering to acquire the characteristics of an experience we can hardly wait to experience again.
The right place, with good loose tsipouro; how we sit; the size of the group; the clinking of glasses; the menu; the character of the waiter; the conversation; the place itself; the time; and, above all, the rhythm, these are all factors that determine the outcome.
Small details can dramatically change the course of a meeting over tsipouro. If something does not work as it should, what you experience will simply be a fairly good time, and not the desired transcendent experience.
