Faulty or Damaged Items
Items should be returned new and unused. In case of any fault or other damage, please contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery at email@example.com. In such a case you include the following in your email.
1. The order details: order number, your contacts and date of delivery.
2. Information about the faulty or damaged product: product name and description and what is the problem with it. If possible, include a photo of the damaged product.
3. Let us know if you have notified post-office upon delivery that the package is damaged during transportation.
In case you are unsatisfied by the product, you need to notify us. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and receiving an approval notification. All returns must be made within 8 days after receiving the goods and will be either replaced free of charge or will send your money back. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
