Τhe Rabbit Knows, collaborates with It’s all, oh so souvenir to me!, and together they carry a series of his drawings, creating the t-shirt collection, Anarchy in Fairy-tales! From Alice in Wonderland to the Little Red Riding Hood and the enigmatic Little Pony to the (not so) Sleeping Beauty, The Rabbit Knows creates heroes that may seem innocent and naive but turn out to be unorthodox, sarcastic and so shrewd. With just one image and two lines, he comes to suggest a seemingly oblique but so logical and charming other reading of the world.

DESCRIPTION
“Once upon a time. What once upon a time?
Stories told to us when we were young to help us fall sleep. Tales told to us as adults so as to keep us awake.
Παραμύθια φανταστικά, άλλα πλάσματα της φαντασίας μας και άλλα κατακτητές της.
Ξυλομπογιές, υπολογιστές, λευκώματα, internet, πατίνια και τανκς. Εργασίες για το σπίτι και στρατιωτικές θητείες. Μας πήραν τα γλειφιτζούρια από τα χέρια, και μας βομβάρδισαν.
Δε μεγαλώνουμε ποτέ, ούτε και θέλουμε να μείνουμε μικροί.
In between, and yet, a subtle, silent, tenacious belief in something better. A hidden will to open a crack between the stories we’ve learned, to unfold the stories we want to tell and the dreams we want to live.

THE RABBIT KNOWS
O The Rabbit Knows, είναι αυτοδίδακτος καρτουνίστας και σκιτσογράφος και δημιουργεί minimal illustrations με πολιτικό, σατιρικό και φιλοσοφικό περιεχόμενο, που αμφισβητούν τα στερεότυπα της εκάστοτε κοινωνίας. Το έξυπνο, μαύρο χιούμορ του, μπορεί να μοιάζει αθώο και παιδικό (όπως και τα σκίτσα του άλλωστε) αλλά είναι η καυστικότητα στο λόγο και η ανατρεπτική του ματιά, που ξεχωρίζει και αφοπλίζει! To συγκεκριμένο σχέδιο είναι στα ελληνικά.

Born, raised and studied in Thessaloniki, Greece, he lived and worked in the Netherlands between 2012 and 2016. Since 2016 he lives permanently in Athens.
